Some Help For The Russian
Hey...............Would somebody teach those Russians how to operate submarines? It seems like at least once a year, the Ruskies have some kind of problem with their subs. Now, the world waits as another sub is in trouble. This would have been great during the Cold War, but maybe the U.S. or British could train the Russian in sub operation?

First off, the Russians aren't always going to be our friends. Some people say they aren't our friends now. Second, they have a history of selling weapons to other countries. Let's at least have them sell those weapons without training...
AHHHH..........A throwback to the McCarthy Era! Always good to be suspicious.
For all we know they might be using discarded American equipment. Probably some of the same stoff used in the space program>
