KUDOS to JOHN GROGAN, Philadelphia Inquirer
Kudos to John Grogan, The Philadelphia Inquirer (June 17, 2005), for acknowledging the many wrong thoughts and feelings about Michael Shiavo, Terri Shiavo's husband. Mr. Grogan ascertains that "The world owes Michael Shiavo an apology. President Bush owes him one. Congress owes him one. Florida Gov. Jeb Bush, the President's brother, owes him one." Mr. Grogan states even further that, "I owe him (Michael Shiavo) an apology, as well." Mr. Grogan explains how all these people "ran roughshod" over states' rights, judicial rights, and even the rights of a husband, in order to prolong Terri Shiavo's life and "crucify" Michael Shiavo for being uncaring and concerned only about himself. Thanks for having the guts to admit a mistak, Mr. Grogan.
