What's Bush's Next Move On Bolton Going To Be?

Now that Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist has announced that he will not schedule another vote on John Bolton's nomination as U.S. ambassador to the U.N., we will have to see what George Bush's next move will be. Frist has acknowledged there is nothing more he can do to break a Democratic stalemate on the nomination of Bolton. Bush's options now are to either withdraw Bolton's nomination, appoint him to the post without Senate approval when Congress is in recess, or give in to the Democrats by releasing more records on Bolton that the Senate Democrats want before ceasing any filibuster and allowing a vote on Bolton's nomination. The ball is in Bush's court. With his popularity and control appearing to be in the downswing, it will be interesting to see how the White House handles this situation.
