How Dumb Do They Think We Are?

Pat Tillman
When is the US military going to stop treating us like we're dumb, naive little kids? The Army on Thursday issued a denial that it attempted to cover up the friendly fire death of Pat Tillman, the former pro football player, in Afghanistan. The army said procedural mistakes were to blame for the slow acknowledgement of the circumstances of Tillman's death. Was it procedural mistakes that also, quite plain and simple, killed Tillman?
Everytime there is a wrong move or a mistake made by the US military, the Pentagon, or the White House, the first course of action is to deny any wrong, and take no blame. Abu Ghraib, Guantanamo Bay, the entire reason for the Iraq war are prime examples. Then, after continual prodding, some other reason is given for the wrong. It is never bad judgement or someone's mistake....at least not the real person who made the mistake. To this day, George Bush has never admitted one mistake while in the White House. But then I guess since he gets all his orders directly from God, there could be no misjudgement or mistakes made. George Bush's administration are just following his lead.
And when are the US citizens going to stop buying the lame-ass reasons and excuses given by Bush & Company? Wake up, US, and start making these "leaders" take some responsibility.
